If there's anything I'm missing or any alternate methods to check out, I'm all ears. I'm also using Phacox's Injector 1.1.4 to create the install and I'm using Wii U USB Helper to obtain the bases. The game will either freeze at the Hal Laboratories screen or freeze early on during the intro. I've used Sin and Punishment, but that's also not worked for me. To confirm, I've downloaded HxD to modify my rom file to say NALJ and I've used the recommended, as well as using Mario Golf (USA) as the base. The game will remain stuck on the loading screen and will never boot into the rom. I've followed the instructions on this compatibility list (since I can't post links, googling " Wii U N64 Injection" will yield the list I used) and it hasn't worked for me. The only game that's evaded my grasp is Super Smash Bros.
I've already hacked my Wii U and I've installed many native N64 roms successfully. I've been stuck for a while trying to get Super Smash Bros.
